Banners - Display you experience! Show your nobility! (Update)

I've had this idea for awhile now.
Its a flag that you can hold on your back. Doesn't appear in inventory. /flag places it in hand to carry and /setflag opens a gui with others images instead of everyone carrying the same image on thair banner.
Would be cool if they could unlock them with playtime on the server, and in a certain order. Like that way you could see a players banner and know how much experience they have at the server. Play for an hour and in chat it says "(name) has earned the right to carry a banner!" (other people will see you earned this right)
and you get 1 image in the GUI like a black backround with the blockland B on it for starting of then an hour later chat says "(name) has earned the banner image (bannername) and adds it to his collection of (#)!"
Should be one and a half players big/tall.
And badspot, if you see this, make it and i will mail you a 12 pack of coca cola.

Also, some lower-hanging and larger banners would be nice as well for medieval builds. I'm sure that GSF Ghost would be glad to add it to his pack if you ask him nicely.

Yea, maybe a /flagsize (1-3) option for length of flag?
Think he would? I did report him some bugs in his MODTER pack awhile back, he seems like a pretty nice guy.
I'll shoot him a PM and see what he can do(:
