Yeah but like I said - moderators would be able to tackle that pretty quickly. I can't see it being something users would struggle with on a daily basis.

I think some sort of loose category system which can then be sorted or filtered by tags would work quite well.

Sleven:
Having categories could work if you choose the right topics.
Builds are often based on themes and often follows one theme.

Categories like cities, terrain, skyscraper, forest won't do good.

But, categories like Medieval, Sci-fi, World-war II, Middle east could work.

well It would be able to go in both categories.

Clearly categories are going to require some careful thought. There's so many ways you can go with it and there are so many obscure build themes that just wouldn't fit unless categories were heavily generalized into things like "Urban" or "Outdoor" or things along those lines. I still think the categories Sleven suggested are too specific tbh.

Bester Bageler:
Have a basic set of catergories which the player can choose to set it when submitting. Have one of those catergories be "other". If a large amoun of builds go into other with a general theme make that theme a catergory and move the builds there.
