I can now legally view researchographic materials in the United States.
it the 5 year anniversary of my Blockland purchase.
Freethought Day is observed.
Christopher Columbus' discovery of America is observed in certain countries (according to my parents, he is my namesake)

I gotta say OP, that's a pretty cool birthday. I was born on Pearl Harbor day, which my great grandfather was a part of and managed to survive.

Come my next birthday I will be 18 and an adult in all legal regards.

I can purchase and drink alcohol.
I can serve on a Jury, if selected...
I can gamble on anything (previously only allowed to gamble via National Lottery at age of 16)
I can purchase games and movies rated 18. :3
I can purchase fireworks.

There's likely more than that, but none that I can think of just yet.
