Considering He is west of Mr.Alidatoe I am going to guess its a coded message from Grandpa Nobody trying to get help from his son while stuck in Italy. Mr.Nobody you have a quest.

I've done that a few times.
Once, I was hosting (?) a server and I went to go browse the forums.
Turns out what I was typing on the forums also got typed in Blockland.
Pretty awkward.
I also almost did that yesterday when I went to chat in Steam.
Luckily I caught myself before I pressed enter though.
