This is very high end to me. I don't plan on spending more then 2k on computer...

they're mid-end parts. they're good, but definitely not high-end.
you don't have to spend more than 2k to have a relatively high-end* computer. get a 3770k with a 680 and 8GB RAM and you're fairly high-end for under 2k
*there are much more powerful parts but in the realm of reality this is approaching/meeting high-end standards
(all of this just so you know. not telling you they suck or anything, don't take it that way)

I plan on spending a 2.5k$ budget next year on a new computer. This is including monitors/keyboard/speakers because i'm going to keep the current one i'm using right next to it.
I'm tempted to go for an eyefinity setup but i'm not sure if i should.

make sure you get a decent amount of vram (2GB+ is usually okay) on your GPU if you decide to do that
