What I like about preordering online is that when they ship it out in advance so it arrives at your house on the release date, is the chance you get it a day or so early. I am so preordering this from their site. GTA is my favorite series. |

there's a military base in the game apparently, so i'd assume that means military grade wanted levels and such |
