Exactly. You're having to render the scene twice. Part of the reason some effects and stuff are missing when you do split-screen on Left 4 Dead, it's for performance sake. |

Especially with them bringing it to the PC version of Portal 2 now. |

Yeah. Maybe sometime in the future this can be implemented again in most games and not be so costly. |
