GTA IV came out on PC seven and a half months after it released on consoles.
GTA V will likely be roughly the same.
I bought a 1080p tv the other day and I'm getting a PS3 just for GTA V.

Almost 100k+ people petitioned to have 5 come out on PC as well. 50 x 100,000 = 5,000,000
It will be released in the Spring with PC.
