Server lags when someone joins.

It used to be just the first person who joins, but now it's everyone.
Is there a way to fix this?

Ok.
It also lagged a lot near the end, maybe cause I was looking at the forums, oh well, nevermind that.

I lag a lot for the first person, it used to bother me, but doesn't much anymore. Is this standard for everyone, or is has there been a fix figured out for it? I always assume it was standard for everyone and that it was just sending files to the client for the first time.

When someone joins your server, your computer generates the file manifest and sends it to them. This has been known to lag people.
