Thank you for your input, but we did this all to keep the brick count relatively low.

Why? It's not like players are going to join or something, you should have a good enough computer or another player should so you could make it top notch quality.
Filming requires pretty powerful computers you know, and you have to take advantage of that fact. If you're going to make this good you've got to know what you're doing and how you're doing it, has everything been planned out? Have you captured the scenes correctly, what about the voices, actors, and vehicles? How will you pull off vehicles? I'm quite interested in that.
