how the hell do i stop this? it wastes my time.

so when i reset my laptop or i shut down my laptop, i want to play garrys mod easy but then it says "luanching garrys mod" and then stops and says "validating garrys mod files" and it happens every single day! how do i stop this. thx for reading

sry to bump this but now gmod is pissng me off very badly, it keeps doing this and it takes like 12 minutes or something! how do i stop this?
