Sandbox Destruction Game

I really want a game that's just like sandbox with a REALLY good physics engine. I want to spend a few hours building a massive tower or something, take some screenies, show some friends, then plant C4 at key locations amongst the supports and watch it crumble. It's be cool if i could like, put things in the building too, or make people go in it. So I could put like some cubicles with people at them.
