this hat gives you +1 armor (actual armor, which may or may not be used later on, but probably will, will be much much higher than that). It now takes one extra hit to bloody you thanks to this hat.
You take a small boat out to the bog area just west of Deadrock.
There, on an island, is a small and ancient hut. It's rickety and poorly constructed.
Though it's only mid morning, the dense trees are so thick the hut needs a lantern to properly see anything.
