Define special significance. A lot of people would put themselves in there anyways because they're just so special to themselves.
Me, Im just a piss poor coder. Noone special yet, but I do bite ambitious bark with CityRPGX and all. (I hate the name too.)

You should take "BL_ID" out of the UserInfobox template; it's uglier than "BLID" or "BL ID".

Anybody who stuffs on it will be permanently banned with no warnings and no possible chance of retribution.

It's the official term, but IMO the best is "Blockland ID".
