Fix Of Pokemon Attacks

I happen to have a copy of pokemonlegend spells using the wand for the tool image, and would like if someone could fix a few features, i will be willing to give the link to any person if they could fix ANYTHING about the mod, or if you just want the spells ask me, though i would prefer you fixed something for me .-.

List Of Requested Changes:
Change from wand to no image for the tool, but if possible with the same pullback motion.(shouldnt be to hard, i just failed when i tried :0)

Fix of Mystic Leap attack

Lessen the time of magic flare light

Thank you in advance, and sorry if something isnt exactly all that easy, i also understand that most requests dont get answered, but i hope someone can fix them.
