Saved Ownership on, yet other players bricks load as mine?

Hi, so this has happened before, and I've tried all of the steps on Badspots Troubleshooting post, but it wont fix.
So i saved a city - all the bricks are for their proper owners at this time - but when i load it the next day, everyones bricks are mine!
Is there a fix for this?

Make sure that when you load it you've selected to load as "Original Owner" instead of "Yours".

When i loaded it at the time, it was on Saved Ownership, i never save it as mine.

There's another setting, when you load, to load it with your ownership, public ownership, or the way it was when you saved it. Check that one.

Solved - The problem was the bricks were baseplates, players built on my baseplates and their bricks became mine when i saved, locked.
