While I don't expect the first kind of time to be in the majority (I know I wouldn't be able to put in that if I was running this either), but outright bragging about "full-time commitments" (equivalent to "time not spent on improving the service" to everyone else) doesn't exactly seem like a good thing in my eyes. |
