Balanced Minigun?

One example of a pretty fair solution.
Another being the old LMG in T+T.
It overheated slowly when shooting, making bullet spewing in long terms overheat the gun, after which you had to wait a fair amount of time.
Kaje's Minigun slows you down when shooting (if i am correct).
The slowness when having the minigun can also be achieved by giving the player a slower datablock when he acquires the minigun.

That's what I was going to point out. It's one of the most overpowered guns.
