I have AT&T Uverse, because it is the really our only choice of ISP where we live, and we used to have the 3 mbps package.
At times it dipped below 0.1 mbps download speeds, and whenever I tried to contact them about it, they would tell me to test the speed connection on the AT&T webpage.
This test always showed 5 - 8 mbps, MORE than what we pay for, so I called major bullstuff and had them send a new router and forgetstuff, due to the old equipment being 3 - 4 years old.
Problem still persisted, called again and they went to check their local equipment, only to find that was majorly outdated as well.
Problem STILL persisted, finally called them and boosted our package to 24 mbps, now I average 16 - 17 mbps
