Hitting the top of the skybox - Is it possible?

If i remember correctly, i didn't mess with the sun's size or anything, perhaps it just didn't seem any smaller up close

Are you expecting it to get bigger the closer you get or something? The sun flare is a constant size.

Yeah, but I still can't see him being "near the sun flare" in any way in that image.

Take a picture where the center of the sun flare is in front of your player
