This server/topic has been shut off in the name of quality. All current administrators, due to the Notice of Expulsion, are self-resigning from the server.
This server is dead. Its been dead for years. Its been dead since day 1.
We are going to focus on the City3 project in hopes it will be the new foundation for quality CityRPGs, and thats saying quite a lot, since CityRPGs tend to be repetitious clones of each other.

You have murdered and assaulted your citizens with no warning whatsoever.
You have pardoned yourself to escape permanent and just detentions and imprisonments.
For these reasons and abundant others, we hereby revoke and expel all power invested in you by the staff and by Randomness.

In City3, there will be greater restrictions for admins to avoid petty abuse. So yes.
