Narrator Addon

I am requesting a Narrator addon, much like what moonbase alpha has.
But this one is optional you have to use a command to hear the narrator.
As a toggle on/off.
If its possible make it use the Operating systems narrator if any ex:
XP :MS Sam
I am not sure if this is possible, along with it the option to not hear a specifics players text.
If this can be client sided it would be even better.

Also Cubelands you know its just text, you can choose whether to react or not react to it.

It is possible and one is made.
However, it requires outside plugins. You have to download two different programs for it to work. Not sure if it can be more optimized or run through Blockland itself.

If only it could use the Operating system's selected Narrator.
