We are sorting out bugs, like the minigame having weapon damage no matter what lol

Just a note, Aludane has been working on bugs and whatnot that we've discovered so we'll be in and out. We've turn off the minigame for now.
Also note that property has to be released for you to build on it. This is just while the city is established-- afterwards players can sell and deal lots with each other.
I've opened spots, please build in the grid.
