Servers just getting started?

I have always wondered what that "plus x servers just getting started" thing at the bottom of the server section meant. You can see it here http://blockland.us/browse.php and go to the servers section.

What does it mean?

Plexious:

Servers with 0 bricks.

Wow, I never knew that. I always thought it meant servers that were in the process of connecting to the Master Server or something. Glad I stumbled upon this.
