Water doesnt show through transparent bricks

If you have the water loaded from the environment settings and you place a transparent block in front it and try to look through it you see this

Now for my next magic trick I put a FX on a brick and look at it threw a window brick!

now it'll be much easier to find people when they're in the water, i suppose.

Transparency is all kinds of messed up at the moment. Try spamming transparent 1x1x1 bricks in a cube shape.

Glow is the only one that shows.

Also, if the window/trans brick has a special fx on it apart from glow, they will all show.
