Fun for me, I forgeted the save up. AGAIN. I will see if any admins have a save that's not totally forgeted to stuff.

forget the blockland saving system. Good for us, We reset everythign again, I suggest to use.
/SaveDup 'Name' and then if something happens > /LoadDup 'Name'

Blockland saving is stupid. It loads all bricks under the ownership of the ID that owns the baseplate, destroying ownership of everything. So unless we can find a way to circumvent that, we're forgeted whenever the server goes down.
Blockland Saving + Public Bricks is bad and Badspot should feel bad.
OT, I have a save from last night at some point, and all water bases should be unaffected by the "public loading" problem.
On that note, however, losing your base whenever the server goes down is not exactly the best incentive to build a not-spammy base. It takes half the day to make it and it's gone the next day.
