Reactions out of anger are not uncommon, and if Spike was unaware of the particular reasoning behind the "moron" insult, his reaction shouldn't be a surprise to anyone. That doesn't make it any more right, but Glass, you've been on the other side of this type of argument too. Remember how it feels when you get bashed for "not knowing better".
