I can be quite active, especially on a server that gets large amounts of players.

Have you read the rules?: yes, and I keep reading them every once in a while to make sure I get them.
Note: If I see any spam whatsoever I will erase it and keep erasing it. If you give me admin I will make sure the server is as clean as can be. That way you can get back to having fun on your server. I will also kick/ban any offenders breaking your rules.

Why should I admin you? um. i inspired this server. really though, yes, i am a pretty good admin capable of good decision making and everything necessary
Experience? Servers yuou were admin at: well, mine. gravity cat's and heedicalking's are the only others that come to mind, though i can be sure there were more.
Have you read the rules? yeah, they're all basically "don't be a dumbass," so it's easy to follow them and keep them in my head

At that point not having a base would be safer than one, a base would attract people.
