Installlation:For each of the images, click on them to see the actual image, right click, and then click "Save Image as..." and save them to a place you can find them.First make a backup copy of brickTOP.png, brickBOTTOMEDGE.png, and brickBOTTOMLOOP.png in Blockland\base\data\shapes, then copy these images to that folder.
That doesn't work anymore.
You could always place them in user content alpha
