You said you don't have any firewalls activated (which is a pretty handicapped thing to do if your on windows), are you sure Windows firewall isn't enabled? If it is set a Inbound and Outbound rule for the program Blockland. I really dont see what else could be causing this. |

Delete RTB and VCE. That did it for me. |
