Highler Ridge
The Experimental City
The City's BackstoryOff the coast of America an experimental city was erected. It was filled with crime and
death, so it didn't do so well in the eyes of certain people. Those certain people came in and cleaned up everything that wasn't socially acceptable in their eyes, rebuilt the city, and took control. Now the city is one giant financial district (Excluding the industrial) filled with clubs, hospitals, fast food places, hotels, and everything that everyone loves. Plus in the middle of the city is a building taller than all the rest, only known as the Citadel, the center of business and law, and only select individuals can get inside. An underground metro was installed, a new, better police force was instituted, and now the city is 'perfect.' But there are always those rotten apples in the bunch that ruin it all...
What You'll be DoingThere really is no goal during your life in Highler Ridge, just try not to piss off the police force (There's a lot of these guys and they're armored and have guns, but they're not invincible). You could be at the lowest class living with bums down in the metro or at the industrial area. You could be a normal citizen walking around getting food and getting stuck in traffic. You could even be one of those rotten apples that like to steal their way to the top. Whatever you do, just heed my warning, don't piss off the police force. You'll probably die.
Notable LocationsFinancial - Basically the entire city aside from some exceptions. A lot of time will be spent here, as everything you need to do is here. Clubs, food, a room to sleep in (Which is where you'll ever be sleeping as there isn't a social district), you name it. Contains a large amount of cops and the Citadel.
The Citadel - A tall building that centers around law and order. Aside from the air conditioned lobby, you won't be getting inside. Also contains a lot of cops.
The Industrial - Warehouses, cranes, forklifts, and everything else needed to make stuff for the financial. Has a port where boats with supplies comes in, but those boats are guarded by cops. A lot of stuff that goes into the city comes from industrial.
Slums - Scattered around, but a lot of it is around industrial. Contains bums and a lot of the lower class. Not pretty. Cops enjoy pestering these guys, but they also hate protecting these guys, so they usually won't be seen doing their job.
Metro - An underground train system that goes throughout the entire city. The #1 way to get from point A to point B if you don't mind being detected. There are very few trains that lead to the Citadel though the metro, but they only go into the Citadel once in the morning, come back at night, then they go back after dropping people off at night. Bums like to hang out near the tracks.
Citizen Port - Brings in new citizens when needed. Guarded less than the port at industrial, but still guarded for safety reasons.

Rules1. No godmodding. Just no.
2. You can't pull a weapon out of your ass. This is very common. I've done it before. (considered godmodding)
3. I decide whether or not an action is possible, along with whatever mods I might've had come along.
4. Above rule's ruling is decided by a vote.
5. Don't be an ass, if you find a loophole, don't exploit it.
6. Don't be stupid, and claim you have a million bullets, or something along those lines.
7. Dramatically changing the environment to your gain is considered godmodding.
8. You may not force a player into a drastic action, unless it's something obvious like them falling if you tackle them. If they suddenly stop posting, you can carry them around and stuff, but other than that, you can't control them. You can't kill them either, unless specified by the person getting killed in a post.
9. Break these rules three times, and I kick you out. No if's, and's, or but's.
Now go be a Highler Ridge citizen.
