You can use a build from any time frame. It doesn't really matter when it was made. You could also come to the OmNom server and build it right infront of TeeJay, like I did, but to answer your question, yes, you can use a build you just made.

The KillerWand.

It is a 1 hit kill wand with custom sounds and all made by me.

Its a 3 hit destruction on regular and small vehicles, and takes about 7 to destroy things like the Monster Jeep. Enjoy the weapon!
