Need some help deciding what game to buy.

so I've been having some problems deciding either to get Black open: declassified or Assassins creed: 3 liberation. I've been lately leaning towards black ops but then I saw there would be no zombies at the launch and that tryarch isn't developing it. Then I saw assassins creed 3 liberation and thought that since I probably wouldn't be getting assassins creed 3 till after Christmas then that would be a good choice, only downside is there's no multiplayer. So forums what do?

I'd go with Creed, but that's 'cause I dislike FPSes. Not sure what your taste is, so that's not really helpful, sorry.
