Surprise Halloween Update? - Its been fun.

Ok, first of all: What skybox are you using? Is it the new one in the halloween thing?
Second: Are you using the MotE Mansion Gamemode, or are you loading the save of the MotE Mansion?
Third: What are your DNC options set up to?
Fourth: The static is animated. I know Prints cannot be animated. It is not a print. Now, is it a particle/emitter (it is possible to make emitters like that)? Move your camera so that the center of the "static" region is not visible, but the edge of where the static should be is still visible. Can you still see the static? If the answer is yes, it is not a particle/emitter, because those only work when the dead center is in the FOV (unless I'm mistaken).
Fifth: Is it possible to do this in multiplayer? I would be more convinced if I could join your server and see it for myself.

But yes, please, start a public server with this. We'll start hunting down the truth.
And- oh stuff, your servers can't run RTB can they. Damnit, i was hoping to check your "add on list".
