You can ask your dad to use his credit card. On the bottom of the little paypal window is some text that says "buy as guest". If you click that, you can use a credit card to pay instead of a paypal account.

One of the reasons you shouldn't charge money for this is simply because, Seeing as though blockland is badspot's game, Any addons for the game are technically owned by him, And overall it just doesn't seem right to charge money for addons to someone else's game.
