The sarcasm is not needed. Actually contribute to the thread rather than miserably attempting to be funny.
Proof is not mandatory. Sure it's nice to actually have some so we don't pick on the wrong person but it still isn't required.
OT: Now, to be honest, I met Tosh before. He seems quiet and chill. He was probably only trying to please the host so he can keep his administration position.
Also follow the rules if the administrators tell you to. Don't break them and later bitch about how you got banned when clearly you were told not to break the rules.
