No server settings for Duplorcator

Title says all. The duplicator by ephi works fine, and so does Plornt's, but the settings of Plornt's does not come up at all, as if it wasn't there, and i cant change any of the maximum bricks, or timeout, ect.

Subpixel:

Weird.
There are config settings in the server.cs.

GEN.Fire Bird:

only enable one of the two at a time.

I did that.

Oh and plornt himself said that they both work when they are both enabled.
