         I'm a decent builder, I can build basic structures,but,however I do event better then I build. I'm just uncomfortable with VCE events. I usually build expansions,such as more districts,public buildings or even a major business. I'm a strategy game lover. I've hosted a very famous server,now in need of admins itself. It was called Servant's Horror Slendy V 3.0 Beta. I will even show you it if you would like. I have been on BL for a year. This is my first application,but not the only server I've managed let alone.

I've seen it many times before, it's not that rare with popular servers like Pecons.

I think you have way too many streets. You should probably get rid of some and make some rules that restricts completely filling the lots. That way you could have alleyways or whatnot. Maybe the restrictions could be varied depending on the lot.
