Blackhole v21?

For those of you noobs this is a old add-on that created alternate maps sim alar to creating a new world in Minecraft on the same server
It was removed from all of Blockland be cause it was extremely buggy, I think the problems came From the interiors now that there gone it it possible to re-add this?

i've seen this in in a video of a older verson of blockland
i think this might work in v21 cause there are no interiors any more and i think thats what caused problems
