befor i start this is not "help" cause there are no bugs problems also plz actuly think about the question befor you start flaiming so what was the exact thing preventing the use of terrains in v21 what file or problem happened? (kompresser is probly the only person that can anser this) |

Interiors and terrain made coding a nightmare. While they could have implemented shadows and shaders with T&I, it would be incredibly difficult so they decided to scrap them instead. |
