Blender .dts exporter Problems

Advanced Bot:

I am having problems with the blender program. I have downloaded the latest version python, the latest version of blender, and the latest version of the .dts exporter. I have installed the files into Blender>2.64>scripts , and the exporter still doesn't show up on blender, someone please help.

The Torque exporter for blender only works on version 2.49b and it's predecessors.

Advanced Bot:

I know, I have that version though; but it still doesn't appear in blender.
