Inverted 1x4x2 fence brick

Hey! I was working on a build with my friend Captain C, and I noticed that I needed to use small fence bricks for an area, but the 1x4x2 fences can't be stacked. I was wondering if perhaps someone could make a stackable version, or perhaps even just an inverted version of the brick, which can be stacked on cielings.
That's just a quick suggestion I had.

Copy Blockland\base\data\bricks\special\4x1x2Fence.blb into a new add-on and change line 4 to "uuuu".

Will that invert the model and the stackability?

It will make you able to build on the fence.
