Ahh good point we do have the RTB IRC but that mostly just gets a bunch of join/leave messages as people do open and close the game.

Edit: Oh and that's not exactly great for discussing anything like starting a Quake match.

IRC was universal but I can't seem to figure out if RTB Connect even uses a form of IRC for public rooms or not

I was actually going to mention that. like, how it's not actually IRC anymore. when it used to be, it was better, bc then you could use a third-party program to access it. but now...

ya, I was mostly talking in the past-tense
I don't exactly hate the new RTB chat, but I def liked the IRC better

idk about now, but I'm pretty sure you used to be able to create your own channel within #RTB or w/e the IRC term is for those things

part of the reason i'd like a chat thread is because neither skype nor tinychat works on my phone and i pretty frequently forum on my phone
