Satellite Dish and Transmitter brick?

Is this already made? If not can someone make one?
Something along the lines of this? And size of a 8x8 Cube around?
And this, Not really big, Maybe the size of a 2x2x5 Lattice, So it can be put on a 4x4 or 2x2 tower or something.
