When is brick transparency and FX going to be fixed?

Im no programmer or anything but the cause might be the rendering engine making everything you don't look at can't see trough a wall disappear to avoid excessive ram usage.

1. stack a bunch of 32x32 baseplates of the same transparent color on top of eachother, about 7 or something
2. stack a bunch of multicolored baseplates on top of them, like red, then orange, yellow, green, cyan, blue and purple
3. take 1x1 plates of the same transparent color as the ones on the bottom and place them all over the top baseplate
