| Anyone else have a broken RTB Settings? |

Ever since V21 came out and Server Settings at default came out, I can no longer change the Server Name or the Welcome message, Only if I restart, Only admins (Or Super Admins without RTB) can edit the name for me via default Server Settings. This is really annoying.. |
