I can definitely see some similarities between the two, and they definitely have a similar setting, which is all I'd be going off of, really.

I'm looking to make a sprawl of environments rather than a single location.
Steampunk would be cool as a theme, but I don't think I could execute it very well.

Personally, I can't be ingame until Friday or Saturday, when my new computer is completed. Once I finish it and find a way to get online, I will begin work. I aim to really get rolling by Sunday. Hopefully this thread will help me get organized by then.
If we're talking about the final product: I couldn't be sure, but probably one to a couple of months.
