Moving brick via Numpad isn't working?

Whenever I try to build, the numpad keys won't work. I tried using numpad keys on blockland 1.0, and it worked.
Any reason why it isnt working in v21? (it started to not work on shaders)

Ensure numlock is on.
Restart your computer.
Unplug and plug the keyboard back in.
