Where can I find the dedicated.bat

Hey, I was thinking trying to see if I could host a dedicated server and a tutorial said I needed the dedicated.bat file but it's not in my programs.
Do I need to download this or make it? Plus if I do have to make it please give me directions.

When you installed blockland, there was an option to make shortcuts to starting dedicated servers.
But, on the offchance you didn't get the shortcuts, heres how to make one.
Right click your desktop (or inside of a folder, doesn't matter.). Scroll to new, then to shortcut.
When it asks you for the location of the item, type this in:
"C:\Program Files\Blockland\BlocklandLauncher.exe" -dedicated
Depending on your operating system, it may also be:
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Blockland\BlocklandLauncher.exe" -dedicated
Click next, fill in a name if you'd like, then click finish.
For dedicated lan, replace -dedicated with -dedicatedlan

Thanks but all that does is make another Shortcut for BL, where do I put in dedicated?
