Winamp because it handles about a gazillion file formats by default, and can manage even more with plugins.

I use a simple one called SSP FLELE. It only plays .mp3's and .wav's and the titles can't be too long, too short, or have any special characters. That's fine with me, and I don't see the need to get a new music player because of those restrictions.

I used to use Winamp but got tired of how bloated it felt, so I switched to Foobar.
